MICRO CREDIT PROGRAM IN THATTA

SYED GHULLAM QADIR SHEIKH & RAIS TAJ GROUP

 

Credit Program is running in Goth Pir Patho, Muhammad Hasan, Rais Walidad, Ustad Dino,

Rais Qasim, Pir Kar, Raheem Mari, Mir Muhammad Shah, Qasim Khan, Feroz Khan,

Aatha, Qabil Khan, Rajub Ali, Dodo Khan, Wur, Dha Gato and Goth Pati Khan.

 

 

INTRODUCTION: Program is extended in District Thatta in 1994 with the collaboration of community group, in which most active workers are Ghullam Qadir Sheikh and Rais Taj. In the 17 villages of district Thatta, Credits provide for seeds to small farmers to increase their productivity. In these areas, Sugar Cane, Wheat, Banana, Papaya, Ber and Vegetables are produced. Seasonal Loan is given to groups for different crops. Payments are at the end of the season. Details of Loan issuing and recovery are as under.   S.NO.
